ACCOMMODATION RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The Hotel is entitled to accommodate only duly registered guests. For the purposes of a registration, every Guest is obliged to complete the Hotel Registration Form and present their valid personal ID or passport.
  2. The Hotel provides each Guest with an Accommodation Card upon their registration. The Accommodation Card contains the name of the Guest, room number, and the check-in and check-out dates. The Guest is obliged to present the Accommodation Card upon request when re-entering the Hotel.
  3. The Hotel is obliged to hand over the Guest's accommodation facility in a state that allows due use of the facilities. The Hotel secures undisturbed dispensation of the Guest's rights related to accommodation.
  4. The Guest is entitled to use the accommodation facilities as well as the common area of the Hotel. In this area, the Guest must not make any fundamental changes (e.g. moving furniture, carrying out any changes in electricity or other instalations) without prior consent from the Hotel. The guest is entitled for all services related to accommodation.
  5. It is strictly forbidden that the Guest uses their own electronic devices in the rooms with the exception of appliances used for personal hygene (e.g. electric shavers, massagers, hair dryers) and low-input appliances for personal use (e.g. notebooks, camera chargers).
  6. When leaving their room, the Guest is obliged to close all windows and faucets, to switch off all electronic devices, to turn off the lights and lock the room.
  7. For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to leave children under the age of 10 in rooms and other hotel ammenities without a direct supervision of an adult.
  8. The Guest may entertain visitors in their rooms only with the consent of the Hotel from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Visitors staying after 10 p.m. are obliged to pay the fee of one night.
  9. A Guest checking in before 6 a.m. is is required to pay the the fee for the previous night's accommodation even if they did not stay at the hotel.
  10. Dogs, cats and other animals may be kept at the Hotel only with a prior consent of the Hotel.
  11. The Guest is obliged to observe the silent hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  12. Breakfast is served in a buffet form in the breakfast room from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Should a Guest need to take the breakfast out, they can order a snack package at the reception. The Guest can order any item from the breakfast menu for their snack package. It is strictly forbidden to take out any food from the breakfast room that is not a part of a snack package. It is strictly forbidden to take out any dishes from the breakfast room.
  13. Rooms are cleaned daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Should the Guest require to change towels, they should leave them on the bathroom floor. Should the Guest not wish to have their room cleaned or should they wish not to be disturbed, they signify this by hanging "Do Not Distrub" sign on the outside of the room entrance door. For safety reasons the hotel reserves the right to enter into the room marked by the "Do Not Disturb" sign after a prior notice of the Guest.
  14. The Hotel recommends all guests to store and lock their valuables in the locable room safe deposit. The Hotel is not responsible for the loss of any items that were left in the room or the common hotel area.
  15. All Hotel areas are non-smoking. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms and in the entire common hotel area. When this restriction is violated, the Guest will be charged a fee of 200 EUR per room.
  16. Making fire (including lighting candles) in rooms or anywhere in the Hotel is strictly forbidden.
  17. Accommodation will not be provided to persons suffering from infection diseases or skin parasites, and to persons under the inluence of alcohol or drugs.
  18. The Guest is responsible for any damage on the hotel property or on the property of other guests caused directly by the Guest's actions or by actions violating these Accommodation Rules and Regulations. Damage includes also non-standard soiling of the room, smoking in the room, damage or loss of hotel laundry and other room equipment. The Guest is obliged to pay the compensation for any kind of damage in the amount stipulated by the Hotel.
  19. The Guest is entitled to use the room for the agreed period. On the departure day, the Guest is obliged to check out of the room no later than at 11 a.m. Should the Guest fail to do so, the Hotel will charge them an additional fee in the amount of the price of one day's accommodation. Should the room be booked by another client and the Guest checking out is not present at the Hotel or has failed to vacate the room, the Hotel is entitled to vacate the room and store the belongings of the current Guest at a safe place, so that the room can be made available for the new Guest who has booked the room. The Hotel is not responsible for any damage on the belongings of the Guest caused when vacating the room.
  20. The Guest in entitled to withdraw from the contract prior to the agreed period. The Guest may claim the refund for every night they did not stay at the Hotel only when notifying the receptionist by 11 a.m. on the day preceding their departure provided that the type of the Guest's reservation allows for the refund. The refund will be carried out through the place where the Guest paid for the accommodation, i.e. directly at the Hotel or via a re-seller.
  21. The Guest is obliged to pay the price of accommodation and all other ordered services upon their arrival to the Hotel. Other services provided (minibar consumption, phone calls, parking, taxi or other services), possible cancellation fees and fees for damage or non-standard soiling of the room shall be paid by the Guest in the course of their stay. When paying in CZK or by a bank card, all prices arranged in a foreign currency (EUR) will be converted using the current fixed hotel exchange rate that is displayed at the hotel reception. The Hotel reserves the right to collect a deposit to pay for other services and fees that may arise in connection with accommodation, in the amount of CZK 5,000 for each room.
  22. Hotel parking is not guarded. The Hotel is not responsible for any damage on the cars parked, entering or leaving the parking, or for their potential theft. The Guest is responsible for the damage of their own car, property of any other guests or the hotel property caused when entering or leaving the parking. The Guest is obliged to compensate the damaged party. The Guest is obliged to leave the hotel parking lot or return the parking card by 12 a.m. on the day of the termination of the rental.
  23. Should the Guest have any wishes or complaints in the course of their stay, they may address the responsible hotel staff, that shall exert all possible efforts to fulfil the Guest's requirements. The Guest may also address their wishes or compaints to the hotel manager by email at manager@avehotels.cz or they may use the questionnaires available in hotel rooms.
  24. The Guest is obliged to observe all rules as stated in this Accommodation Rules and Regulations. If the guest does not agree with any of the above, the accommodation contract cannot be concluded and the guest's reservation is canceled. Should the Guest violate good manners or the articles of this Accommodation Rules and Regulations, the Hotel is entitled to withdraw from the agreed services before the end of the agreed period. In such cases, the Guest is not entitled for any compensation.
